EDUCATION The Ohio State University (Columbus, OH) Bachelor of Science in Visual Communications Design (2005) QUALIFICATIONS I am a talented designer that has put my design knowledge to use with various freelance and full-time opportunities. I have over five years of professional graphic design experience working on a wide range of projects such as: print, brand identity, web design, wayfinding, environmental graphic design, and signage. Currently, I am working as the PR Specialist (Graphic Designer) for Licking Memorial Hospital in Newark, Ohio. My duties include assisting with marketing opportunities and strategies, designing marketing materials for the Hospital and Health Systems, performing digital photography assignments, and helping to coordinate a variety of community events to promote the Health Systems. I also work as a freelance graphic designer for various companies across the United States, assisting these companies with a wide range of design services. In the past, I worked as the Lead Graphic Designer for Design Collective Incorporated based in Columbus, Ohio. I was responsible for all in-house promotional materials, print, brand identity, environmental graphics and wayfinding projects. Being the Lead Graphic Designer allowed me the opportunity to interact with clients face to face, manage multiple projects at a time, and work within budgets. I pride myself on my ability to build customer relationships while also delivering the highest quality designs to solve any client’s needs.
